The Iraqi Journal of Embryos and Infertility Researches (IJEIR) welcomes the submission of high-quality original research, reviews, and case reports. To ensure rapid processing and publication, authors must strictly adhere to the following guidelines.
1. Online Submission System
All manuscripts must be submitted exclusively through our dedicated Editorial Manager system. We do not accept submissions via email.
- Submission Portal: Editorial Manager
- First-time users must click "Register" to create an account.
- Returning users can log in directly to submit a new manuscript or track the status of an existing submission.
2. Manuscript Preparation
To facilitate the double-blind peer-review process, authors must submit two separate documents:
A. Title Page (Not for Reviewers)
The Title Page must include:
- Article Title: Concise and informative.
- Author Information: Full names of all authors.
- Affiliations: The departmental and institutional affiliation of each author, including city and country.
- Corresponding Author: Full name, complete postal address, phone number, and official institutional email address of the corresponding author.
- Declarations: Funding sources, Conflict of Interest statement, and Ethical Approval statement.
B. Main Manuscript (Anonymized for Reviewers)
The Main Manuscript file must not contain any identifying author information. It should be structured as follows:

- Keywords: 3 to 5 keywords relevant to the study (preferably using MeSH terms).
- Introduction: Clear background, rationale, and specific objectives of the study.
- Materials and Methods: Detailed description of the study design, patient selection, laboratory procedures, and statistical analysis methods. Ethical approval details must be stated here (without naming the specific institutional committee if it reveals author identity).
- Results: Clear presentation of findings using text, tables, and figures. Do not duplicate data in text and tables.
- Discussion: Interpretation of the results, comparison with existing literature, study limitations, and clinical implications.
- Conclusion: A concise summary of the main findings.
- References: Properly formatted references.
3. Formatting Requirements
- Document Type: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx).
- Font: Times New Roman, 12-point.
- Spacing: Double-spaced throughout the entire document.

4. Reference Style (Vancouver)
IJEIR strictly follows the Vancouver reference style, as recommended by the ICMJE.
